What to Expect
Experience a revitalizing wellness afternoon curated by Teiāh Hospitality, designed to enhance deep recovery, stimulate detoxification and create a sense of communal wellbeing.
Wrap up the AEHL 100 celebration week feeling fresh, light, energized and full of vitality.
Immerse yourself in a tranquil floating sound bath where soothing vibrations promote deep relaxation and healing. An early floating bath session is the perfect way to kick off the afternoon celebration.

❋ Floating Soundbath
Two ice baths will be set up on the right side of the pool, opposite the bar.
Don’t forget to bring your swimming suit
❋ Recovery Icebaths
Four different iced infusions made with a combination of medicinal teas, fruit, herbs and spices to support a desired outcome: Detox, Energy, Balance, Calm. We will be taking over 1.5m of the left of the bar.
❋ Detox Drinks Bar
3-4 masseuses will be roaming the area offering Neck & Shoulders Massages to guests. The massages will last around 15 minutes. The guest must be sat down to receive the service.

4:30PM - 5:30PM - Recovery Ice Baths
5:30PM - 7:30PM - Neck & Shoulder Massage
4:30PM - Until the end Detox Drinks Bar
